Billing and the free trial
How the 7-day trial works, how to change plans and how to cancel.
Gympli is billed per workspace. Only the workspace owner has a subscription; clients never pay.
The 7-day free trial
When you sign up, you choose a plan and add a card to start the trial. You are not charged until the 7 days are over. A few days before it ends we email you a reminder. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing.
The trial is offered once per account.
Plans
Plans differ in how many clients and team members they include. You can compare them and switch at any time from the billing settings.
Change your card or download invoices
Open the billing settings and use the billing portal to update your card and view or download invoices.
Cancel or resume
Cancel from the billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for or the end of the trial, and you can resume before it ends.
Payment problems
If a payment fails you are notified and the billing portal lets you fix your card. Your account stays protected from duplicate charges.
