Start a conversation
Open Messages and choose a client or team member. Conversations are organized in threads.
Unread messages
Unread counts show in the sidebar so you can see at a glance where you are needed. You can mute a thread when you do not want notifications for it.
Notifications
You are notified about new messages and other events, such as submitted reports or completed sessions. Clients get notifications for things assigned to them, such as plans and forms.
